What does inductor reproduction mean?
In inductor reproduction, we create a reproduction based on a sample, a drawing, or existing measurement data. What matters isn't just the outward shape, but preserving every process-relevant property.
That includes inductor geometry, the winding structure and layout, the connection and cooling design, the distance to the workpiece, the thermal and electrical load, and the actual installation conditions.

What's the difference between inductor reproduction and inductor repair?
Repair fixes an existing defect on the current part. Reproduction rebuilds the inductor entirely or largely from scratch — usually based on a sample, drawing, or technical specification.
Can an inductor be reproduced without a drawing?
Yes. Reproduction from a sample is possible in many cases even without a complete drawing, provided an old part or sufficient technical information is available.
Is reproduction suitable for older systems too?
Yes. It's often especially relevant for older or discontinued systems.
