2. Hosting

This website is hosted with Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the site, Cloudflare automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) to deliver the website securely and reliably. This data is used solely for technical operation and is not combined with other data sources.

3. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and browser local storage. Some of these are strictly necessary; others are used to analyze how the site is used and to measure the performance of our ads. The latter are only used if you have explicitly agreed to them via our cookie notice — without your consent, these cookies stay disabled.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via the "Cookie Settings" link in this website's footer.

Strictly necessary

A local storage value remembers your cookie settings so you aren't asked again on every visit. This value is stored only in your browser. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing the website reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to statistically evaluate the use of our website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, visitor origin). The information generated is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server; this may include a transfer to Google servers in the USA. Your IP address is shortened by Google within the EU/EEA before transmission.

Google Ads

We use Google Ads to draw attention to our offering through ads on external websites and to measure the success of these ads (conversion tracking). The provider is likewise Google Ireland Limited. If you reach our website via a Google ad and subsequently complete an action we have defined (e.g. submitting the contact form), Google can use a cookie to attribute this to your ad visit.

Data transfer to the USA

Google LLC is certified under the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework" (DPF), which is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards for data processing in the USA. 4. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts), so no data is transmitted to such providers when you visit the site.

5. Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, the information you provide, including the contact details you give us, is stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Submission is technically handled by the service provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which receives the form data on our behalf and forwards it to us by email, acting as a processor. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.

6. Inquiries by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, your inquiry, including any personal data resulting from it, will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to request free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to rectification, restriction, or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time using the address given in the imprint for this or any further questions on data protection.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing (Art. 21(2) GDPR); this also applies to any profiling connected with it.
