Does INDUGO replicate inductors independently of the manufacturer?
Yes. We manufacture and repair inductors independently of the manufacturer – including systems from e.g. EFD Induction. As an independent service provider we replicate from sample, drawing or function.
How long does an inductor repair take?
After incoming inspection and damage analysis we restore inductors quickly and return them promptly to minimise production downtime. The exact duration depends on the damage pattern.
Is a repair worthwhile compared to a new purchase?
In many cases yes. Before every repair we assess the economics and fix, among others, cracks at brazed joints, leaks, insulation damage and wear on contacts.
Does INDUGO manufacture custom inductors?
Yes. Instead of rigid standard solutions, we develop inductors for concrete applications – tailored to part, system and process.
